The DMS Coach Award Course is a very practical interactive course which will introduce you to a new training methodology. It is a system of progressive exercise and coaching which has as its objective development of gross motor abilities, quickness, balance coordination and explosiveness. The main objective of all athletes, trainers and coaches is how to improve explosive reaction, quickness, co-ordination and reduce the incidence of injury.
What do you get:
On completion of the course you will be a certified DMS Coach and will able to run classes for individuals and groups. You will be able to work with athletes looking to develop speed, quickness, explosiveness and turning ability.
